About The Lodge
WELCOME.
My name is Jamie Skinner and I own this lovely Carnaby holiday lodge, along side my wife Becki Skinner, with its own private hot tub, which is situated at Finlake Holiday Park.
I have become the owner of 73 The Fairways in 2021 and strive to provide all of our guests a pleasant and person service.
We are offering a personalised service so that guests can contact us directly and hopefully we can answer all your enquires and help with any special requests where possible.
Booking privately does have the advantage that you can be sure that you are getting the lodge you are booking and that it meets your requirements.
We appreciate that guests look forward to their holiday and I hope that it meets your expectations.
Occasionally things can go wrong, for example appliances may break down or not work properly. If there is a problem please let us know straightaway so that we can try to resolve it. (We can't help with the weather unfortunately!)
Above all we want our guests to have a relaxing stress-free break. In return we just ask that you understand that this is our holiday home so please treat it with respect.
73 THE FAIRWAYS - LOCATION
73 The Fairways is situated in a quiet part of the park at the end of a quiet road so safe area for children, about 10 min walk from the main areas. If you don't want to walk you can drive ~ 2mins and park in the main car park. Woodland walks can be accessed via a bridleway 3 min walk from lodge.
ABOUT THE LODGE.
The lodge sleeps up to 4 people in two bedrooms; one double bed, one with two singles. One bathroom with shower, plus en-suite toilet in main bedroom.
Bed linen and towels are provided and beds are made up ready for your arrival.
Open plan living area.
Fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and all pots, pans etc.
Dining area leading to living area with comfy sofa and two arm chairs. Smart tv with inbuilt dvd player.
Selection of books, board games, dvds and toys supplied.
Log effect electric fire.
Full central heating.
Free WI-FI which has recently been upgraded.
Patio doors leading onto enclosed decking with patio furniture and private hot tub.
Some things you may need to bring with you:
Please bring your own towels as we no longer provide towels unfortunately
Tea towels, oven gloves, washing up liquid, cleaning products - no daily clean provided.

Please note, Finlake has implemented certain policies for booking use of pools etc to comply with COVID-19 regulations.
The use of some of these facilities will incur an additional cost, to be arranged through Finlake during your stay. We can reserve bands for you upon request.

Prices start from £300 for a three-night stay (off peak) or £450 peak (for booking, click here).
Check in time is from 3pm. Check out by 10am.
My Bands to use swimming pools/gym need to be requested one week prior to your stay and paid for when you collect them. Current price is £20 per adult, £10 child, under 5@s are free of charge.
